After purchasing their home in Gayton, our clients had a clear vision for the property and came to us to help transform it into their dream home. After meeting with the clients and building an understanding of their vision we were able to carry out their gull house renovation with precision, quality, and care.
To bring the client’s vision to life, we carried out significant structural and layout reconfigurations. Major structural changes took place with new openings created and stud walls constructed to form the new layout with absolute accuracy on both floors. Every stage of the project was delivered to the highest standards, with careful attention paid to finishing details so that the final result reflected the quality and precision our clients expected.
One of the standout features of the project was the creation of a striking two-storey entrance hall with a cantilevered mezzanine landing. This instantly elevated the sense of space and grandeur, giving the home an impressive focal point as soon as you stepped through the front door. To maximise natural light and create a seamless flow between indoors and outdoors, we removed the entire rear wall and replaced it with seven metres of floor to ceiling sliding doors. This bold design feature flooded the living space with daylight while connecting the home beautifully to the garden.
The transformation has completely reimagined the property. What was once a standard house has been turned into a bright, open and modern home, perfectly tailored to the way the family want to live, a true reflection of their vision, built with care.
