Located in a tight loft area, this project presented several challenges – limited head height, awkward angles, and minimal existing storage. But at Open Plan Space, we believe constraints often lead to the most creative solutions.
Our goal was to turn this underutilised space into a large, functional bathroom with integrated storage – without compromising on comfort or design. To create the feeling of openness, we made precise structural modifications that allowed for better ceiling height and improved flow. These changes not only made the space feel larger but also significantly increased its practicality and value.
Storage is essential in any home – especially in smaller or unconventional spaces. We incorporated custom built-in wardrobes that blend seamlessly into the design, providing plenty of room for linens, toiletries, and essentials without encroaching on the living area.
The final result is a modern, comfortable bathroom that feels anything but cramped. With a clean, elegant finish and bespoke storage, this loft now functions as a truly inviting retreat.
